Return & Refund Policy

3.1 The Perfect Fit

We want you to be 100% satisfied with your stride. If your shoes don’t fit perfectly or arrive with a manufacturing defect, you may request an exchange or refund within 7 days of delivery.

3.2 Condition for Returns

To be eligible for a return:

  • Shoes must be unworn and in the same condition you received them.
  • They must be in the original packaging with all tags attached.
  • Footwear with visible signs of outdoor use or scuffed soles will not be accepted.

3.3 The Process

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection. Approved refunds are processed back to your original payment method or via bank transfer within 5-7 business days.
